In 2006 staff member Zoe Smits championed the production of our own very special brand for the Brides and the Bridesmaids who she felt were lacking choice in their wedding accessories.

The problem she had highlighted was that most of the bridal jewelry available was either couture and very expensive, or affordable but of poor quality and dull design. Being a large company we were able to invest in an idea that we thought would bring more choice to brides and help them add a special touch to their wedding day without spending a fortune on it – an idea we are still passionate about – thus the Prive Bridal Jewellery brand was born!

ETR staff members used their expertise and years of experience to create an elaborate line of quality designs with a very classic feel, suited for a customer with an eye for beautifully crafted yet affordable pieces.

Initially, Prive was a brand sold exclusively to bridal boutiques around New Zealand. But after receiving a lot of positive feedback directly from the brides as well as increasing demand (including from our staff members who wore Prive for their weddings!), we thought... why not make the wonderful looks of Prive Bridal Jewellery available everywhere?

Our online channel has proved to be exactly what our customers wanted. With many dedicated fans worldwide, Prive Bridal Jewellery has grown to be a well-respected bridal brand and a brides' favourite.
