We will refund the purchase price of an item if you find it to be unsuitable once it arrives. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery that you wish to return your item(s) for refund. All items returned must be in original, brand new condition, with all tags attached and original packaging (due to hygiene considerations earrings can not be returned). The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

We use only cubic zirconia gems for all of our bridal jewelry. This is because cubic zirconia gives a better colour, clarity and sparkle than any other diamond simulant. All of our jewelry is crafted from brass and rhodium plated to illuminate the gems and prevent tarnishing. Our Swarovski jewelry uses genuine Swarovski Elements crystals and Swarovski Pearls, together with freshwater and faux pearls.
We use a mixture of freshwater pearls and south sea shell pearls (synthetic pearls coated in the same nacre material as found in natural pearls) depending on the shape of pearl required. Please Click here for more details.
